Q: Am I required to complete the Foundation Course?
A:

Yes, the Foundations Course introduces athletes to the essentials of functional movements and develops their movement skills. It is designed to prepare athletes to join the regular classes. The Program emphasises movement technique to ensure your safety and success at the next level.

If you have completed foundation course at other box or you have been doing CrossFit for quite some time our coaches will be happy to assess you.

Q: What Do I Bring?
A:

Wear comfortable clothes, workout rubber shoes, an extra shirt to change, bottle water to hydrate (you can fill this up inside the box), a great beautiful smile, humble heart to learn and motivation to improve your lifestyle.

Q: What are your rates?
A:

Rates starts at 600 for 8 sessions/month. Rate varies depending on each program. Please follow the link to more about our pricing.

Q: What Time Should I Show Up For Each Class?
A:

We suggest that you arrive atleast 10minutes before class to find a parking, have a chat with other athletes and your coach.
